Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to duties, tariffs, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping Options

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout to suit different order sizes and delivery preferences.

Tracked Shipping

Tracked shipping includes delivery confirmation and tracking updates.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Tracked shipping is required for larger orders, glass items, liquids, candles, sprays, and bundled products.

Untracked Shipping (Small, Lightweight Items)

Available for select lightweight items only (such as lip care) and orders under 125 g.

This option does not include tracking or delivery confirmation.

Once shipped, Nature’s Dew is not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery associated with untracked shipments.

This option is best suited for non-urgent orders where tracking is not required.

Shipping availability is automatically determined at checkout based on the contents and weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Tracked orders will receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

Orders sent via untracked shipping will not receive tracking details.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Nature’s Dew is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Delivery Delays

If your order is delayed due to unexpected circumstances, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
