Return & Refund Policy

At Nature’s Dew, we take great pride in crafting clean, nature-inspired products in small batches. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with packaging intact to qualify.

Lip care products are final sale due to hygiene and safety regulations. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Approved refunds are issued as store credit within 3–5 business days of approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Natural Variations in Lip Balm Products

Our lip balms are made with 100% natural ingredients, which means slight variations in texture or appearance may occur due to temperature or climate changes. These variations do not affect product quality or performance.

Common natural changes include:

Soft or melted balm: Place in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes.

Firm texture: Allow to sit at room temperature to soften naturally.

Grainy texture: A normal occurrence in raw oils and butters; safe and fully usable.

These natural variations are expected and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items that are:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrectly fulfilled

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to damage or fulfillment error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.

Nature’s Dew is not responsible for lost or untracked return packages.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email info@naturesdew.ca with:

✔ Order number

✔ Brief explanation of the issue

✔ Photos or videos (if applicable)

We’ll respond with next steps within 1–2 business days.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

❌ Lip care products (hygiene reasons)

❌ Perishable or heat-sensitive goods (including natural skincare)

❌ Used or opened products

❌ Clearance or final sale items

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Untracked shipping is selected at checkout by the customer.

Orders shipped using untracked shipping are not eligible for replacement or refund if lost, delayed, or stolen.

For tracked shipments, delivery issues may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with:

Order number

Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

(Optional) A short video showing the issue

Email info@naturesdew.ca with “DAMAGED” in the subject line.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
